Hello,
There is an increasing problem presented by dogs in Canton, Massachusetts. A few people own vicious dogs. Why? Are the people drug dealers? Even on leashes, some of the dogs are frightening, since it is not clear that the owners can control them. And of course some dogs are out without leashes.
